Shipping and Handling

All orders regardless of size or value will be charged at £4.98. Delivery is free when ordering only nematodes.

The only exception to our pricing structure is for the Highlands and Channel Islands. Most orders will still be charged at £4.98 as we use Royal Mail for these deliveries. However, if the order requires a courier service due to the length or weight of the products you've ordered then an additional charge of £12.98 or £14.99 may be applied in the checkout. 

Please Note: It is important that you check your address when placing the order. If you have supplied us an incorrect address Gardening Naturally cannot be held responsible for a non-delivery. 

95% of our orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt and are usually despatched with Royal Mail on a 2-3-day service. Order that are placed over the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday. 

Orders containing heavier items or items over £50 (guide) are despatched using a Royal Mail tracked service.

Oversized orders will often be delivered by DHL on a 1-2-day service. These orders may be split up between multiple packages. Occasionally this will result in packages arriving on separate days.  

You can leave special delivery instructions when placing your order, for example 'please leave with neighbour'


Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority so, if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, you can return them within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. 

If you are unhappy or have changed your mind about the item but it is undamaged you will need to cover the cost of the return. However, if the item is damaged (proof will need to be provided via photographs) then we will cover the cost of the return. 

Exclusions for refund or replacement include but are not limited to:

User error resulting in damage

User returning without original packaging

Best before date expiration on live pest control (Nematodes and Biologicals)

Item needs to be in a saleable condition
