Growing radish microgreens is an easy and flavorful way to add some spice and nutrition to your meals. Radish microgreens are quick to grow, usually taking 10-16 days from seed to harvest, and can be grown all year round, so you can enjoy them anytime. They are versatile, flavorful, and packed with nutrients, making them a great addition to any meal.

To get started, you will need a microgreens growing tray or sprouter, or seed trays filled with moist compost. These can be placed on a light, airy windowsill. You'll want to sow the seeds generously and then gently spray them with water to moisten the seeds. To keep a continuous crop, make sure to sow new seeds every 7-10 days.

To care for your radish microgreens, you'll want to keep them moist but not too wet. Avoid allowing the seeds to dry out. It's important to note that the sowing to harvest times may vary depending on the growing conditions and light levels.

When your radish microgreens are approximately 5 cm high or when the first true leaves appear, they are ready to be harvested. You can harvest them all year round, and it's a good idea to sow half a tray at a time for convenient, continuous crops.

It's important to ensure that growing trays are thoroughly washed before they are re-used, for sanitation and to prevent cross-contamination.
