LED Moisture Sensor

If you have trouble knowing when to water your house plants, then the LED moisture sensor is the ideal tool for you. Specially designed to indicate if you have the correct amount of moisture in the soil, the moisture sensor will flash green if the soil is in a good state and red if your plant requires watering. 

The perfect for gift for your colleague with the dead plants on their desk, or any family or friends you know that struggle to care for their house plants. 

The moisture sensor is 20cm long and placed directly into the soil to detect the moisture at the root level. 

How do moisture sensors work? 

The moisture sensor measures the water content in the soil and can be used to estimate the amount of stored water in the soil horizon. Soil moisture sensors do not measure water in the soil directly. Instead, they measure changes in some other soil property that is related to water content in a predictable way.
