Jam, Confectionary and Frying Thermometer
The perfect tool to help in the making of various confectioneries and Jam. The thermometer has a stainless-steel casing making it quick and easy to clean. There are clear and easy to read markings on the thermometer with both Centigrade and Fahrenheit readings. Measures temperature from 40 degrees Celsius to 200 degrees Celsius.
Directions for use:
Read the temperature with thermometer immersed to the ‘liquid level’ mark.
To avoid possible damage to the instrument do not put it straight into hot liquids, rather allow It to warm up in the pan.
After use allow the thermometer to cool slowly on a dry surface.
