Our organic green compost has been PAS100 certified and meets the standards of the compost quality protocol. The compost has also been screened to 10mm. Organic compost is ideal to use for soil conditioning, mixing with sand and mulching as is very friable and light in weight.

This is an ideal alternative to peat whilst doing your part for the enviroment as it means we do not disrupt peat bogs which are homes for a wide range of animals. 

Organic Compost is great for blending with garden soil, although, it should not be used for planting directly into as it is a very light material and plants require a stronger growing structure.

Please note that our Organic Compost is recycled green waste which is composted – that’s the aerobic decomposition of organic matter by micro-organisms.  This is done via windrow (long rows) composting methods which is an organic process.
