What is the Stainless Steel Bokashi Composter kit?


Most effective techniques of recycling kitchen waste.


It is carried out in an air-tight bin using Bokashi as an accelerator.


Bokashi is a Japanese term meaning “Fermenting Organic Matter”.


It is bran-based substance that has been stimulated with Effective Micro-Organisms (EM’s) – friendly bacteria and molasses.


Bokashi is a pleasant- smelling product, which when added to your bin, helps to promote the fermentation of your organic matter.


The fermentation process should not produce adverse smelling odours.

How to use your Stainless Steel Bokashi composter bin?


Clean, odourless and simple to use.


Add in your waste and sprinkle over some Bokashi Bran and repeat until full.


Once full, leave for 2-3 weeks to allow for fermentation. You are still able to draw the liquid fertilizer off (leachate) every few days.


Once fermented you can add to a compost bin to be ‘finished off’ or add straight under your soil.
