Enviromesh Tunnel KitA re-usable system for the protection of vegetable crops from a range of insect pests and the weather. . No need to remove for watering. Enviromesh lasts for 7 - 10 years

Usage
Cover vegetable crops with Enviromesh immediately after planting until shortly before harvest. Form the hoops by bending the plastic rod and inserting each end into the ground about 1.2m apart then just drape the mesh over the hoops and bury edges in the soil.

Crops Suitable for Covering
Cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, turnips, swedes, radish, carrot, parsnip, celery, spinach, parsley, onions, leeks, peas, lettuce and herbs.

Pests Excluded
Cabbage root fly, carrot fly, onion fly, cabbage white butterfly, pea moth, cutworm, cabbage whitefly, leaf miners and many species of aphids.

Additional Protection and Benefits
The net will also provide protection against birds, rabbits, domestic pets and snails. Some protection against slugs is also given. The net also provides a degree of protection against wind, hail and heavy rain. The soil conditions are also improved, by reduction of capping and puddling. This allows better germination and survival of seedlings.

No need to remove for watering or feeding
The crop may be watered or fed with liquid fertiliser through the netting.

Care of Enviromesh
The net should be cleaned and dried before winter storage. It is best stored in dry conditions out of direct sunlight.
