Citrox
Clean & Disinfect greenhouses, bird tables, tools and pots. with Citrox a safe, odourless, powerful disinfectant based on extracts of citrus fruit, effective against a wide range of bacterial & fungal diseases.

Where to use Citrox
Citrox is used to clean and disinfect greenhouses, staging, tools, pots, seed trays, capillary matting and sand beds. As it does not harm plant material it is not necessary to remove plants from the greenhouse when using. It can also be used to disinfect the water used to wash cuttings, bulbs, corms etc. It is particularly effective for disinfecting bird tables to minimise the spread of disease. When used as directed, Citrox should not harm insect predators used for biological control.

How to use
Citrox should be diluted at a rate of 50 mls. Per litre of water (1 fl.oz. per pint). Remove as much surface dirt as possible before applying. Apply through a sprayer for best results, thoroughly wetting all surfaces.

Pots, trays and small tools should be completely immersed in a dilute solution for at least 10 minutes. Capillary matting and sand beds should be thoroughly drenched with the dilute solution once a month.

Citrox may also be used to help keep irrigation water clean and free from disease. Add to the water 'reservoir' at a rate of 25 ml. per 100 litres of water. Repeat treatment weekly during warm weather, monthly during cool periods.
